About Brian Nelson-Palmer
Overall Mission
Be A Top Performer at work
Maximize Life Now Not Wait For Retirement
Brian’s drive is to help recently promoted office people managers level up their personal practical productivity skills to thrive under the additional workload.
Where IT Started?
The Doctor’s Office at Age 4
At age 4, Brian was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes, and was told that life would be 10-20 years shorter than everyone else. Figuring out the easiest and best ways to thrive and maximize every minute, while still handling all of life’s responsibilities, became a lifelong pursuit. Paying it forward by sharing these tactics and hacks is the gift he now shares.
Brian’s always maintained an incredibly high level of performance at work, while also thriving in his personal life. From teaching fitness classes, to being the drummer in a rock band, to hosting a syndicated weekly radio show, to traveling the world, in addition to his day job. His friends continuously asked “How do you do it all?” and “How do you keep track of it all?” What he shared changed their lives, and they started referring him to others. This is where the idea for Productivity Gladiator® was born.
“Time is the currency of your life, spend it wisely.”

About The Name: Productivity Gladiator®
The “Productivity” Part:
This training gives people a system, a reliable process, to handle it all, and calm the overwhelm. The emails, the tasks, the projects, the life balance, the family, the phone calls, all of it. This training helps create team members you can count on. Team members with a proven system to keep track of it all, AND do it better and faster than the rest.
The “Gladiator” Part:
A “Gladiator” is the warrior you look for with the stick-wid-it-ness to persevere and win the war, not just one battle. A career is a “long game”. Productivity Gladiator® training provides specific tactics and skills to feel on top of “life” too, not just “work”. These folks become the go-to team members that people want to work with and are GOLD for an organization. The ones that can stick around, and keep pace over time, for the marathon, not just a sprint.
